The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse within 12 hours after the order is placed. Our shipping department hand your package to the carrier within 1 to 7 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The delivery standard for regular shipping sent inside Canada is: Two business days for local shipping. Three business days within the province. Four days for national shipping, but can take longer from time to time (depending on parcels volume and time of the year). International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
Issue with the item
If you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong item we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and refund the price of the item as well as the shipping.
Changed your mind
If you change your mind or don't need the item anymore please contact us as quick as possible so that we can catch and cancel the order before it is shipped. If the order is already shipped when receiving your return request we will ask you to pack and ship the item back to us (at your charge), once we receive it and inspect it we will refund you for the price of the item.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately we can not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
