As many of you know, we are Jeremy and Chrystle, the founders of Kitchen Envy. We started this little adventure back in 2020, and it has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. We’ve had so much fun running the business, and we can’t thank you enough for all the kindness, encouragement, and loyalty you’ve shown us over the years. You’ve become the Kitchen Envy Family — and we’ve cherished every interaction.

Sadly, after two years of being unwell and feeling worse and worse, Chrystle was diagnosed earlier this year with a rare disease. There’s no cure, and it has made it incredibly difficult for her to continue packing and shipping orders — a job she has always taken great pride in (and one many of you noticed she did with great care). Jeremy has been handling customer service and all things computer-related, but with other responsibilities, there’s simply no way to give the packing and shipping the attention it needs.

That’s why we’ve made the difficult decision to part ways with our beloved business. The good news is that we’ve found a wonderful family in Vancouver who will take over Kitchen Envy. We truly believe they are perfect for the job, and we’re confident they will take excellent care of you. We just ask that you give them a little time to get settled into their new role and be patient as they learn the ropes — they’ll be doing their very best for you from day one.
