The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Our shipping department hands your package to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. It might take up 5 business days if we are very busy.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The delivery standard for regular shipping sent inside Canada is: 1 to 2 business days within the province. 3 to 7 business days for national shipping, but can take longer from time to time (depending on parcels volume, time of the year and weather). International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
* Pre-Order, products are marked as "Pre-Order" when out of stock. When ordering one or more of these products, we will ship your order as soon as we receive our next shipment (2 to 4 weeks).
* If you have both "in stock" and "Pre-Order" items in your order and you wish for the "in stock" items to be shipped right away and the "Pre-Order" items to be then shipped once in stock, simply let us know by adding a note on your order or by sending us an email.
