What to expect
Where are we located ?
We are located in Grande Prairie, AB, and ship all orders from here.
When will we ship your order ?
We thrive to ship order the same day or the day after the order is placed. That said, depending on how busy we are, it can take up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out.
When will you receive your order ?
Once your order is with the carrier, it usualy takes about:
- Alberta: 1-2 business days
- British-Columbia: 2-3 business days
- Saskatchewan: 2-3 business days
- Manitoba: 2-4 business days
- Ontario - 2-4 business days
- Quebec: 3-5 business days
- Northern Territories: 2-4 business days
- New Brunswick: 6-7 business days
- Newfoudland & Labrador: 6-7 business days
- Nova Scotia: 6-7 business days
- Prince Edward Island: 6-7 business days
* These are estimated times, special conditions can affect delivery times (holidays, weather conditions...)
What happens when you place an order ?
Here's what happens once you place your order:
1. You will instantly receive an order confirmation by email
2. My wife and I will start working on your order and will pack your items with a lot of care
3. You will then receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking number showing you where your package is at any time and when you can expect it at your door
3. Finally, you will hear the doorbell and find a box at your doorstep. Open it and enjoy your new kitchen products :)
**If you ordered an item that is not currently in stock (as stated on the product page), we will contact you shortly after you place your order with an estimated delivery date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do, shipping is free for all orders over $75.
About our products
Where are our products made ?
Our products come from Canada, US, Europe, Asia, all over the world really. You can find the Country of Origin on each product page.
Are your products of good quality ?
All of our products go through 2 steps before being published on our website :
1. We get the product in our hand, if we like it and think it's a good fit for our customers.. it's a YES.
2. Every time we receive a shipment we quality check each item. If there is any defect or damage, the item is taken out of our inventory.
