Shipping Cost:
- Orders over $75: FREE shipping
- Orders under $75: $15 Flat Rate
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Our shipping department hands your package to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. It might take up 5 business days if we are very busy.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The delivery standard for regular shipping sent inside Canada is: 1 to 2 business days within the province. 3 to 7 business days for national shipping, but can take longer from time to time (depending on parcels volume, time of the year and weather). International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
* You might see the following statement on some products "This item is on our next shipment and will be shipped out to you within 1 to 2 weeks", this means that the item is currently out of stock and will be shipped as soon as we receive our next shipment (1 to 2 weeks).
* If you have both "in stock" and "Out of Stock" items in your order and you wish for the "in stock" items to be shipped right away and the "Out of Stock" items to be then shipped once in stock, simply let us know by adding a note on your order or by sending us an email.

Issue with the item
If you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong item we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and refund the price of the item as well as the shipping.
Changed your mind
If you change your mind or don't need the item anymore please contact us as quick as possible so that we can catch and cancel the order before it is shipped. If the order is already shipped when receiving your return request we will ask you to pack and ship the item back to us (at your charge), once we receive it and inspect it we will refund you for the price of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately we can not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes over $500 of pre-ordered items, please note that we will not be able to cancel/refund the order once the items have been ordered with our supplier. If the waiting period exceeds 4 weeks, you will be eligible for a full refund.

We know that imperfections on your jars can come as a surprise. Here is what Weck states about imperfections:
"Scratches, divots, cooling swirls and other small imperfections are completely normal and can appear on the surface of the jars and glass lids. All glass jars and lids are submitted to an electronic eye that will detect serious flaws. Normally these imperfections in the glass are superficial and in no way reduce the integrity and performance of the jars during the canning process or food storage."
Please note that we will not be able to issue refunds or exchange for small imperfections on jars and/or lids.
